STEP 1: ONE-TIME SETUP

DEFINE ROLES & EXPECTATIONS
Set up what your child needs to succeed with specific expectations for each role, such as athlete, friend, or helper, making it easy to set achievable goals for kids and teens alike.
Roles and Example Expectations:

○ Train or practice for 30 minutes daily

Create a printable version of roles and expectations to share with your kids instead of handing over a device, giving them a clear, lasting reference to what’s expected without screen time distractions. Just copy and paste into any text editor (Notes, Pages, etc.) to print.

CUSTOMIZE REWARDS
Set rewards in the app’s Rewards screen for each tier. Choose rewards like screen time, allowance, or other motivators for your child.

STEP 2: OBSERVE & NOTE PROGRESS – NO DAILY MANAGEMENT

• Your child can refer to their printed roles and expectations.
• When something outstanding (good) or challenging (needs improvement) happens, make a quick note in the app. It will appear next to the related role on the grading screen.


STEP 3: WEEKLY GRADING & REWARDS

• SCORE YOUR KIDS ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK – THATS ALL IT TAKES
• The notes created since the last grading period will appear next to the corresponding role during grading, with the note icon pulsing to draw attention. For example, if the last grading was on Monday and today is Friday, the notes from Monday to Friday will appear next to their respective role.
• REWARDS ARE GIVEN BASED ON THE TIER ACHIEVED – customize per child if needed
